Intellectual and industrial property

Intellectual property law aims at protecting all rights arising from or related to copyright and industrial property, including indicatively economic and moral rights deriving from protected works, know-how, trademarks, patents and utility models. In Greece, the protection of inventions, patents and industrial designs is granted by the Industrial Property Organization (OBI).

Our law firm offers specialized legal services in order to safeguard intellectual and industrial property rights of our customers both by providing advisory services and by representing them in legal proceedings. Moreover, we are familiar with cross-border issues which may arise from infringement of intellectual property rights, also in view of the new EU rules contained in Regulation “Rome II” regarding applicable law.
